gf.asamart.in (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors offering grocery, essentials, and food-related products. We do not manufacture, pack, sell, or deliver products directly. All orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds are solely handled by the respective vendors from whom the customer purchases.
1. Role of gf.asamart.in
- gf.asamart.in acts only as a technology platform that allows vendors to list their products and customers to place orders.
- All products, pricing, quality, packaging, delivery, cancellations, refunds, and returns are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor.
- Customer service regarding orders, returns, and refunds is managed by the vendor. Our platform may assist in communication but is not liable for vendor decisions.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
2.1 Refund for Unused Items Only
Refunds or returns are allowed only for unused, unopened, and undamaged grocery items, within 24 hours, as per vendor policies.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging should be intact.
- The request must be made within the vendor’s allowed return window.
Final decision on approval/rejection of a return or refund lies with the vendor.
3. No Refund or Return for Food Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons:
- Food items, fresh items, cooked items, perishable goods, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once delivered, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless the vendor explicitly provides an exception.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a return or refund:
- Contact the vendor directly through the communication/contact details available on the Platform.
- Provide order details, photos (if required), and reason for return.
- The vendor will review your request and provide a resolution as per their policy.
gf.asamart.in may help facilitate communication but is not responsible for refund approval or denial.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
All vendors on gf.asamart.in must:
- Clearly specify their return and refund terms.
- Process customer issues in a timely manner.
- Handle pickup, replacement, refund, or rejection based on their internal policy.
6. Platform Liability
- gf.asamart.in is not responsible for product issues, delays, damage, quality complaints, incorrect items, or refund/refusal decisions made by vendors.
- Any disputes must be resolved between the customer and the vendor.
